Commitment
Accessibility
Hundal Law Chambers wants this website to be usable by everyone. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and the requirements of Ontario’s Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
What we have done
- Built the site with semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form fields.
- Checked colour contrast against WCAG AA.
- Made every feature, including the pathway finder, usable with a keyboard, with visible focus.
- Turned off animation for anyone who has asked their device to reduce motion.
- Made the content readable with JavaScript turned off.
Conformance status
We assess this website as conforming to WCAG 2.2, Level AA. The assessment covers every page at hundallawchambers.com.
How it was tested (October 2026). Every page type was checked with automated testing (axe-core), and by hand for:
- keyboard use and visible focus, including the pathway finder and the inquiry form
- colour contrast
- zoom to 200% and the WCAG text spacing test
- reduced motion
- touch target size on phones
- the page structure that screen readers rely on: headings, landmarks and labels
Known limits.
- Links lead to government and court websites that we do not control.
- If you use a screen reader or other assistive technology and something does not work well, please tell us. We will fix it, and help you in the meantime by phone or email.
